Will Google Follow Links with CSS?

eg.<A href="blah" class=foo>

[SEOPTI]

<a href="http://www.example.com/index.html" class=homenavlinks>link</a>

I saw that search.msn has been able to display this link as a backlink, I am not sure if Google will be able to spider or follow it.

Sure, people often use class selectors for varying the colours of links in navigation, etc.
