Will 2 links on same page from another website help pagerank

Hello fellow WW people

I have a question I have never seen addressed here on WW or I never seen it here and I have read alot of WW.
My question is, if I had two links from another website(text links) and they were on the same page of that website, one link being keyword1, keyword3 and the other link being keyword1, keyword2, keyword3, keyword4.
Will one link affect the other link, in relation to the page rank they give me.
Is there any options, adjustments or things to consider regarding this type of incoming link.

For PageRank, two links from one URL to another URL will count as one. I can't say about anchor text for sure, but I would not expect to get the boost twice.
