Let’s say I have a homepage called www.example.com with a page rank of 3. There are several internal links and one link called HOME which points to www.example/default.aspx?StrID=ST1-1-0 which is the actual home page.
Since yesterday the URL www.example.com disappeared in the SERPS and now there is only the other URL (www.example/default.aspx?StrID=ST1-1-0) and it’s page rank is zero!
What is my fault?
Thanks a lot,
Christoph

[edit reason] Examplified domain name. [/edit]
If so, simply point your home links to example.com, rather than the ugly URL.
What's probably happening is, Google is confused because there are two different URLs serving the same page. They will usually only index one URL per page.
Oh, welcome to WebmasterWorld.com!
