Hi,

I have a site which are already cached before and some pages already have PR3 or PR2.

But now the cache of many pages diappeared. Many pages are not cached, although the Page rank are still there.

What is the reason?

I posted this in another thread (Pages still in with PR but not in Google index).
Perhaps it is more appropriate here.

"All my free site from Tripod and Angelfire are not
in the index today (not cached) but are showing on the Google toolbar with pageranks of 4 or better.
Does anyone know if Google has booted all the sites from Tripod, Angelfire or other free hosts?
There is chatter elsewhere but nobody knows how to get a handle on this.
Thanks"

Pages still in with PR but no Description or Title! [webmasterworld.com]

Note: The same thing has happened to several pages on some of my sites, but they are slowly being restored. The phenomenon is characterised by only the url crawled without any other information like cache, title, body, etc. In my case, I have seen good PR as well as backlinks for such pages.

Check out my post at "What has happened to Google" thread..

Google cache reveted back few weeks at 18th. If you site was not cached then it'll not be cached now too. But cache is returning.

One of my current sites was not cached(same as few weeks ago) for 19-20th but it's returned to normal at 21th.

Dear Sirs,

What is consider to have "duplicate contents"? I have sereral sites with different contents (in the same industry), but every page of all these sites pop up a same page (only the postcode is different), does this will trigger the google duplicate contens filter?

Thanks,
John

My site has about eighty pages and has been indexed by Google for the last two years. It held the number one position for my keyword for several months until Florida. After about three or four weeks of tweaking I got back to number three and stayed there for four weeks until about 10/11 January when it dropped back again to the nineties.

I spent the last couple of weeks tweaking it more or less according to Google's guidelines then on Tuesday my home page disappeared completely from the index along with about half of my other pages. (I still have a PR of five on my home page and 57 inbound links.)

I am an independent consultant and my site is an internationally respected information resource although I also use it to market my own services and to sell a few reports. Since Florida I have spent many days trying to ensure that my site conforms to Google's guidelines but this latest activity has me at the end of my tether. I mean why should I be penalized for doing what they ask?

This is my livelihood. I have been self-employed for two years and I am not yet earning enough to use PPC or Adwords and in any case my research suggests that Adwords don't work.

Can anyone tell me what I have done wrong and perhaps reassure me that my pages will reappear?
