Will Google follow links after the first 101K HTML it finds on a page?

Let's say I have a link to my site at the bottom of a large page on an external site. If the external page has 150K of HTML and I'm the last link on it, will Google follow that link back to my site, transfer PR, and give me credit for the link text? Or, will Google ignore everything after the first 101K of HTML on the external page and pretend my inbound link from the external page does not exist?

Thanks for the disambiguation. The post itself asked 2 different questions.

That's interesting that no PR will pass. Does that also mean that the anchor text is ignored?
