Dropped From Google Database

I'm confused. A large site of mine (approx 1000 pages) that has been up since May with lots of incoming links to most pages has dissappeared entirely from Google (if I type in the name of the site, it doesn't come up).

But the PR on all the pages is still there, the same as before.

So what's up? Am I being punished/banned for some unknown reason, or do these sort of problems arise from time to time.

Since Google supplies virtually all of my traffic, I'm just "slightly" concerned.

Pretty common these days. Hardly a day goes by without someone mentioning they have been dropped. You will usually come back in 30-60 days.
