Not really as the results like "Popular Women" is selective and excludes Adult terms. It's not purely traffic driven results..it's what google wishes to display.
It's not really helpful, useful, interesting unless they listed searches based purely on numbers.
If Google came out with a true tool like OV's Suggestion Tool, not *that* would be very interesting.

Doesn't the adword keyword suggestion tool [adwords.google.com] work like that and comes from Google's data?
Given recent history it seems to me like just another way to thumb their noses at Micro$oft. A trim penguin, creative yet serious, ready for some serious business.
The analysis of the actual searches is pretty depressing. Bread and Circus accounts for most of the searches... :(
And here's the really worrying bit about the Google zeitgeist. People on these boards now use Google's instant-just add water-freeze dried-dictionary search, and assume that this is now the ultimate authority. Now that *really* worries me. Goodbye culture - hello Google
