dynamic ip, no-ip

I have a website where I used a dynamic IP address obtained from companies such as no-ip.com. Let's call it 'www.example.com'. I had to use port 8080 for my web server since my service provider blocked port 80. So if you wanted to access my site you would have to type 'www.example.com:8080' in the location bar.

I configured no-ip's dynamic ip to point 'www.example.com' to 'web.example.com:8080'. So when someone typed in a URL, the dynamic IP would redirect to the right IP address and also the right port.

My question is does Google penalize for this redirect?

(I do know that Google penalizes for using no-ip's cloaking option. My site dropped significantly so I turned cloaking off. What cloaking does is it hides the port number from the url.)
