I have some links poiting at my other sites using this tag href="example.htm#example1". Does PR transfers into these sites by the same way like with normal sites? Thanks for your replies. Thanks

Pavel, example.htm#example1 will be read as example.htm by Google and any other sensible robot, so those links from other sites with named anchors should be fine.
