Is it 200kb or over a limit for Google to crawl the page and follow anchor links (not to index those pages, it is not important)?

I believe the limit is 101Kb, but if you have pages that large I'd suggest chopping them up in multiple files. Not just for Googles sake, but also for your visitors readability.
Note: beware that page size is NOT the HTML including pictures, flash etc. but just the source, so ONLY the HTML file.

For the most part I haven't seen Googlebot grab more than around 200k at a time, give or take a couple dozen or so. That's been my (limited) experience anyway.
