No Backlinks Showing From Inner Pages?

Has anyone noticed a decrease in backlinks of their inner pages since the update?

My guess would be that the PR of some of the interior pages went down. It won't show less than PR4. If the homepage loses links and goes down some there's a ripple effect throughout the site.

Haven't heard of links being "lost" from being shown for no reason, I've seen some go up on some sites where the homepage PR went up enough to increase the interior PR enough to show.

Interesting..I lost most of my external backlinks but internal ones increased.

I see many sites which had a lot of internal backlinks which have dropped from 750-1100 backlinks reported down to around 400-500 backlinks reported.

It is fairly consistent across about 400 different sites.

The only sites which I watch that have increased backlinks are those which have almost no internal linking.

The backlinks have come back now - strange wonder how long they will last.
Theres definitely something in the google water lol!
