Google SERPs, Page Rank, and Back Links

All keyword phrases no longer in Google SERPs ...

Since this last update, our site no longer appears in the Google SERPs for its main keyword phrases. It used to appear within the top 10 for all our keywords.

PageRank has gone up to 6 and Backlinks (counted by Google) has almost doubled. But for some reason we are no longer ranking for our keywords.

I emailed Google and got the standard response email - "your site is in our index and has not been manually penalized".

Is anyone else experiencing this? I would like to fix this problem soon. Please help.

Birdman,

I have read through these threads but I'm still not sure if I should de-optimize my pages ...

Do you know anyone who has de-optimized for Google and has moved up or reappeared in Google SERPS?
