Heyguys:

I am new to this forum, but have a question that I am certain someone will know...

Given what has been going on with G... I am taking a close look at all my words and trying to ensure that I am not "stuffing" this G turkey...

My question is if I have a compound word which I use a s a keyword --- as an example --- FORMALWEAR...

Do SE count that as both 4 different words?

Further example..

Formalwear
Fomal
Wear
Formal Wear

The reason I ask is because if I have the KW FORMALWEAR in my description and title... I dont want to be penalized for stuffing the other three.

Can anyone help?

Thank you.

formalwear is one word.

You'll see exactly what google matches on, in the SERPS snippet - it will be emboldened. If you search on formal wear and the snippet says (for example)
"formalwear - when you want formal wear, hire here"
you'll see which keywords match and which don't.
