I have 2 domains. but thing is one is addon domain to my previous host. But they have totaly different url as addon domains does but thing is both have same name server (as it happends with addon domains). i have a question that if somebody gets hits from addon domains (own) and addon domains get hits from my main previous domain then would it help increasing the rank on google. I am just curious....

Also I have a question about sub domains, does it count on google?

Do you know what type of addon domains?

Perhaps using frames, HTTP 301 or 302 redirection, a link, or just pointing the domain to your IP and relying on your server to return the same content?

no no. I mean real domains. For example if my one domain for entertainment website would be www.****.xxx then the other domains is for different purpose like for webs development and it would be www.yyy.yyy but I am putting the link of other site on both one. Would hit would count? it's not a redirection. It's actual domain. The One domain is registered from yahoo and one from godaddy. There is no link to each other except for they share same hosting service. I have the option to have addon domain in my service.

So you have separate domains with separate content? I don't see how this causes you any problems.

If you link from one to the other then you'll normally give PageRank from one to the other, but Google won't credit a second domain just because it's owned by the owner of the first domain, or because they're on the same hosting provider.
