I have a food website with page rank 4. I have a two websites with 1000 pages of content with page rank 7 and 8.

They would link every one of their pages to my website. Would i expect to get to page rank 6 or 7?

Your PR will most likely increase. If you have good incoming links with anchor text the most important effect will be better placement in the SERP's.

Aren't multiple links from the same site devalued?

No. Multiple links from the same *page* is a different issue.

I assume your home page is PR 7 and 8, your internal pages are probably lower than that (at least that is a normal pattern).

I recently linked about 1 Million pages to a specific site, and moved from PR5 to PR6 (not sure all pages were detected by Google yet), so it may raise even farther. At this time I am also experimenting with various link text alternatives to try to judge the effects of different link text wordings.

Does it help to have themed pages. If my website was about web design, and i had a themed page about food, and had my food links from that page, will google look at the web site and the page for relevance?

What i want to do is use the page rank 8 to filter through one website which will filter through many of my other websites.
