Fresh Tag for one phrase, but not another

Any idea why?

Odd: the SERP for one phrase shows a fresh tag for our home page (result #7). Another phrase/SERP does not show a fresh tag for our home page (result #16).

This has been consistent since I noticed it a few days ago.

Any thoughts?

Is G just pulling our page from two different databases?

I alterered the email address on a page.

Search Google for the new email address and the page appears with a fresh tag.

Search Google for the old email address and the page appears in the results without a fresh tag.

Google takes a while to "forget" about old content.

When I did that for another site last month, the old results also had "supplemental result" appended to them.

It will take a month or so for it to be corrected.
