Does a high PR increase the frequency of deep indexing of google? Is so then what is the page rank required for regular updating on google. I have heard sites having PR 8+ are indexed daily. Also if I have an incoming link from a high PR page for eg 6 does that improve my PR.

the higher the PR will increase the frequency of deep crawls and I believe PR6 is the target

If googlebot comes daily does it also index the pages which have a direct link from the homepage.

Not on my site.
The home page is PR5 and is visited daily but the deeper pages are spidered less frequently.
If you get a good link to an inner page I think this will increase its chance of a visit from googlebot.
I recently got a PR6 link to an inner page and it seems to attract the googlebot daily.
