include files and google

Will google pick up the links that are buried in include files? Is it better to have the menu structure for a site in each page of your site, or in one include file that is referenced by each page of the site? Does the google bot look through these includes?

The includes are processed server side, and they're already on the page by the time it loads. No problem with those.
