Are there any old posts on this?

With a few 'regular' searches on google I can't see the categories that usually sit on top of the SERP's.

Nope, they are still there: [google.com...]

Gimme a list of searches/quereis that the catagories don't appear for.

If you ask me, nothing has changed.

brotherhood, do you mean the listings from ODP clones? They're still there in my usual test search for them [google.com]. Also showing up in more mundane searches [google.com].

hello people,

Not the ODP clones mbauserr, the ones that appear on top of SERP's pointing to matching G categories.

i.e. a search for "CSS" would return the category "Computers > Programming > Internet > CSS", and maybe more.

Definetely not seeing them here, sitting in the UK.

hmm could be a regional thing then, geocities.com/brotherhood_of_LAN/css.gif

Just noticed as I'd been building a refernce dictionary and using some of these categories to categorise the dictionary :) Can't do that now, at least on the main SERP's anyway.
