Soon I guess. I am seeing my sites move around a bit at the moment. Got a feeling any day now. It has been a couple of weeks at least since the last one

I have a feeling it's a lot more regularly than that, but the toolbar data, and backlinks data in the public index, follow later.
I agree that seems to be every 2-3 weeks.

Roughly every month..sometimes a bit more sometimes a bit less.

I think the difference between the last 2 toolbar PR & backlinks update was close to 28 days. As far as backlinks update affecting the SERPS the time factor varies based on many factors. HTH :)
