However I'd like to know the searches for xyz keyword over all the months, so the output im looking for would be something like:
Jan: 150 searches
Feb: 143 searches
Mar: 153 searches
etc
Anyone know of such a tool?
The only way you could get this is to find someone who has been saving it for the specific keywords you're looking for. And, I doubt you'll find it; anyone who would be saving this information would most likely be a competitor.
Overture have their search term suggestion tool (http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/) which is very handy
I find the impressions from a Google AdWord campaign far better. AdWords is also heads and shoulders above all other ppc click in terms of flexibility, traffic and ROI. I'm astounded that people even bother with others.
