Another Site redirecting to me. Can I be penalized?

An external site is redirecting their own traffic to a page on my site.

I have a site that provides information for rougly 4000 widgetmakers in a particular city.

I recently noticed that one of these widget makers is now redirecting users who link to their site, www.superwidgetmaker.com, directly to their page on my site, www.mysite.com/superwidgetmaker.html

Can I be penalized by Google, or anyone else, for this?

Thanks.

We have a site re-directing to us, and the redirect (believe it or not) outranks our site in SERP.

I does seem to have knocked us down a slot or three, but
the re-directing site has a nice PR so i'm leaving well enough alone, and simply double-check the link every day to be sure it's syill good.

No!

Google will not blame you for someone else linking to your site!

They don't like it if you link to banned sites or link farms.

well, I had a site redirecting to my one, and Whenever in the SERPs it use to come as the site redirecting to me (http://www.site1.com/something.html) is (http://www.mysite.com) and the site was higher in its PR so it use to come first in the SERP and then it was my original site, I complained to the site to remove the redirect and they did :) so now, I'm back 1st place for certain keywords that that site use to hog.

Try doing that, but you will NOT be penalized.
