I used to have an awesome ranking website, but then google banned it (i wasn't doing anything wrong- that i know of).
I have removed the DNS, and it has been removed from the index for a good two months. My question is, when would it be safe to make a new website on that domain? Never?

Johnny - the real question why did your site get banned (and is it banned?) Before you can get a good answer to your question you have to know what is wrong. I've had a few sites get penalized for being marked as a "link farm". Only two of the domains are back and alive, those others remain "Page Rank Zero". Looking back at some of my original pages, I can clearly see why my sites where punished but back then (over a year ago) I had no clue. There is an equal chance you can be back in the index once you understand why you've been dropped and correct the problem. So it isn't safe to make a new site on that domain until you know why your domain go kicked out.
"I wasn't doing anything wrong" famous last words of a good webmaster.

I did interlink many of my websites, I believe this is why my websites were banned in the first place. The links weren't hidden or anything, but I guess google decided to gimme the old pr0 neways.

I think we have same trouble with google, i still indecisive that google banned or pending appearing all my pages that has been crawled by googlebot. Last moth googlebot crawled more 1800 pages but just appering 2 pages, include my index page. But this month googlebot still crawling my pages more than 3000 pages, and i confuse, google with appearing that pages or not for next month, or i have been banned by google.
Any one can mention the typical of google banned, pinalty some website?

Hmm, I've seen massively interlinked websites with no ban at all. But your experience can vary.
Voltus, if you sticky me the URL I could have a look. Is the site new? Sometimes it takes 2 months to appear in the SERPs though the site got deepcrawled earlier.
