The Missing Link: Google directory listings gone in serps?

Just looked at the serps of some of my searches and suddenly realized I missed the relevant Google directory link where the site is listed.

Did I miss a post here about it or am I the first one that observes this new presentation of SERPS? Seeing a lot of ODP/DMOZ threads lately...

They still show for me.

I did some further research on google.com and again see no directory-link under pages in the serps.

If I do the same query on google.co.uk or google.nl on top of the results the right category is listed.

As if a searcher in a specific country will benefit from the directory listing link and an overall searcher on google.com (at our website by far the most referrers) isn't...?

strange to me...?
