is javascript the problem?

Have put up a couple of framed sites in the last 1-2 mnths and only have index page listed. Have havascript in place for orphaned pages to open the framed index.

Am wondering if google now obeys javascript or if its just the new google taking its time.

Have never had problems with framed sites before and they too have javascript.

Any suggestions on whether maybe it neccesary to remove the javascript until all pages are listed? (its not a poorly done noframes and links are in noframes - same way I have always done it and had all pages crawled and listed in the past)

here too w/ js for orphaned pages no problems. should not be the reason, googlebot does not interpret js.

A JS for the content pages which redirects to the frameset should't be the problem. However, Google doesn't follow links in the noframe area but follows the links in the frame tag.

How many incoming links do you have and what is the PageRank of those pages?

Thanks. Has several links from reasonable pr sites including dmoz listing. never been a problem before - perhaps its part of the protocol of the new unpredictable google.

Funny thing was that the first day they were listed (allthough not showing up with allinurl) the other pages were there and showing up under certain terms - for one day only and have not returned since.
