Site was down and my links disappeared

how does down time effect rankings?

I have a website that has a PR4, its been live for about 6 months now and for about the last 3 months has been getting quality traffic from google, which had deep crawled my site and I had good first page listings for many keywords.

The problem was my ISP wasn't that reliable and the site was up and down more often than a.......

Anyway after getting totally frustrated with this I moved to a new ISP which meant the site was down for about 24 hours.

The next couple of days where the best (traffic wise) that I've ever had then it just stopped.

Now I can only find links in google to my home page and no more deep links.

Now I've changed my website to use mod_rewrite instead of www.mysite.co.uk/myscript.php?prodid=xxx etc in the hope of moving some eggs to other baskets.

It's been about a week since the ISP transfer, the googlebot is looking at about 1000 pages a day, but still no sign of pages in the index. Now that were on rolling updates when should I hope to see results again.

Any light that could be shone my way would be extremely helpful for my sanity.
