What is "good" page contstruction to Google?

I've often recommended that if webmasters want to learn to build web pages that rank well with Google that they should spend some time analyzing Google's own SERPS. Google obviously LOVES them.

I was doing some reading on Google buying blogger.com. I eventually had a look at blogger. If you want to learn more about what Google thinks is important in page design and construction,analyze pages output and stored at blogger.com too. Google LOVES them too.
