What does this mean?

I can find exactly one page that fits the description.

The text is in the file name. That's probably why it has been indexed. Clicking on the link results in an error message btw.

Looks like somone made a typo in a referring page.

What does this mean?

Means Google is reading it as a filename and indexing it as such. If it were reading the JavaScript it would be executing it, not indexing it.

How does it have a cache? How did it get in Google anyhow? It just showed up. That code has been there for some time.

Could it be a broken href attribute? If the destination URL is /robots.txt excluded (or just has low PR), or if 'not found' URLs on that server return HTTP status 200 then Google would list the URL.

I'm thinking something like:
