What's the fastest time of you successfully bringing a totally new site to #1 google SERP page and keeping it there (for very competitive keywords)?

I started SEOing around the last (old style) google dance and am doing pretty good, but I dunno if "my good" is any good compared to how good it can get:) For example:

- google spiders around 2500 of my pages per day
- I'm #1 for several 3 keyword phrases (fairly competitive)
- on #1 SERP page for several 2 keyword phrases (very competitive)
- nowhere near #1 SERP for 1 keyword searches
- I get around 2000 unique visitors daily from various search engines
- my traffic increases more than 100% every month

But then again, I'm new to this (~ 3 months). What's the situation for you guys? Share some "stats" summary with us if you will..
