Anchor text and multiple links

Is it ok to make two links on the same page to the same content

Hi,

I was wondering if it is ok to link to the same content two times on the same page with different anchor text (would it be viewed as spamming or would it actually help)?

Example:

I want to link both the headline test and a seperate 'full story' link to the same article.

Should be OK. I've had something like that on a couple of my pages, for a year or so. And I can think of lots of examples on other sites... like those with long pages that put several links on the page, scattered in various places, to return to their homepage. Thats legitimate IMO.
