For affiliet links, and scum/thiefware, will it hurt Google listings/PR at all to make a file that contains just
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="1; URL=AFFILIET-URL">
for each affiliet link, to try to help keep the credit from going to scums.
