The public side is showing data from early June. It has been doing this in preparation for an upgrade of the edit side of the ODP, while the upgrade was being carried out, and for a week and a bit after the upgrade to the edit side was "finished". However, there is other work still being done to the ODP systems, so this may continue for a while yet.
The edit side is now working again, editors are editing, and the last RDF is about three weeks old with another one on the way quite soon.
If you are listed on the edit side, then you are probably already in the last RDF, or soon going to make it into the next one.
If you are found on the ODP search then you ARE in the RDF already. Downstream users will now be able to have your site details the next time that they take a copy of the RDF.
As for what actually shows at dmoz.org, don't worry about it. It will be fixed soon enough. It is 7 weeks out of date. I see that directory.google.com is over 4 months out of date now.
