Google "partner" sites results vary

Has anyone else seen this? I almost always (in the past) get the same search results in Yahoo! as I do on Google, unless it is an update, but then Yahoo! just has the old results.

However, after checking a keyword this morning I noticed that the Yahoo results were minus my number #2 site that is in Google.

Anyone got a clue why? Certainly Google is about 65% of my traffic, but I miss the 25% from Yahoo!
