Troublesome Parameter Name?

Greetings. Reviewing our site here while waiting for the next update.

I know from previous discussions that using a parameter name such as UID, USERID or SID are potential spider traps and will cause Googlebot to avoid spidering that page.
A new content management system has been designed for our site using the namd DOCID. Since this has the letters ID in it, I am concerned. Do you think Googlebot will treat this with similar suspicion?

SourceForge (the popular open-source development site) uses docid heavily as a parameter.

Google seems to have no problem indexing sourceforge.
