Googlebot and pointer domain

I have a site with (2) seperate domain names pointing to it. They are all on the same IP address. My main domain is the only thing with content, other (2) domains just point to it. I have recently deleted both of the pointer domains that pointed to my main domain. Here is my question why would Googlebot come everyday to my pointer domain and not to the main domain. All of my backlinks point to my main domain. My site has a PR3 what can I do to get Googlebot to index my entire main domain. It has had no problems indexing my entire site using the pointer domain. Any suggestions would be greatly appreicated.

Were you pointing with a 301 or 302 redirect?

The hosting company I use is running Coldfusion and I have to use it for my apps. I am not aware of any type of redirect with Coldfusion Server.

<cflocation> with coldfusion will send out a 302
not sure how you'd get a 301 though
