Google cached

Hi all,

This might be a stupid question, but I am a newbie.

I have noticed that on my site when I hit the cached link it does not pick up anything. In the past there was a big pic on the index page with no text so I took if off and put some text instead, but still I cannot see anything. Can anyone explain why? Does this have anything to do with this month's update?

It depends which cached version (which date) google indexed.

If the cached version is older, it might be looking for stuff (images) not available anymore because you changed it?

As far as I know google only caches text, not images (it fetches them if available)
