Title changing and PR

I need your experts’ opinion

I have site with 20 pages with good PR. Every two-three days Googlebot visit my site, and after that I have on Google new content for all my pages.
I have important question!
If I tray to change pages title 2-3 times on month – every time with better keywords in title, what I can expect. Google ban or something like that?
Please, I need experts’ opinion?

For just updating the page you wouldnt get a ban from Google, it should make the Googlebot visit your site more often.

I have pages with news and etc. So, my pages are updated with fresh content almost every day.
New headline in page title every two-three days – you think that’s OK.

Our site gets updated every hour..never had a problem tho!

That shouldnt be a problem for you, it wouldnt result in a Google ban, it should have a good effect on your site :)

One thing to keep in mind: Titles have no effect on PageRank. They may affect your search rankings, but search rankings aren't the same as PageRank.
