What is the maximum for each PR?

I'm looking for information about how many pages google will index based on page rank. I'm particulary interested in how many pages that google will index for a new website (that has no external links).

Without external links, Google will only find the site if you use the "Submit your site" option. At the page where you can enter the URL there is the following statement

We do not add all submitted URLs to our index, and we cannot make any predictions or guarantees about when or if they will appear.

My guess is that without any external links the number of indexed pages will be in the range from 0 to a few dozen. And even these pages will not stay in the index if no external links are found.

The PR6 I have has over 80,000
another PR6 is just over 40,000
another PR6 is just over 5,000
1 PR4 is just over 10,000
another PR4 is just over 1,000

Not sure if this helps as it seems that the numbers are all over the place and influanced by different factors.
