Who do you contact or what is the URL to ask for reinclusion of a previously banned domain? I am not 100% sure it IS banned (has a grey bar) because I have not gotten it listed at all yet.

The domain was expired. Is a BAN supposed to drop once a domain does expire (if it actually is banned)?

How old is the site and do you have any incoming links from other sites which you know are listed in the google index?

Try webmaster@google.com title "reinclusion request"

A brand-new domain that is not yet indexed in Google will have a grey bar under PageRank in the Google toolbar. It will take one or two months for you to get indexed in Google, assuming you have backlinks from other indexed sites.

Is there any other reason, besides the greybar, that would cause you to suspect this domain was previously penalized by Google?

I usually get my new sites listed in Google within a week or so via the freshbot finding the links on another site.

I put up two new site links at the same time. One of them was listed within a few days (this happened over a week ago). The other site is still not listed. So, trillianjedi, I do have a couple incoming links to this site.

This is why I am thinking it may have been previously banned before I purchased the domain.
