How is this possible?

I'm looking at a pr7 page with 38 pages worth of "backlinks", all of which are just crosslinked pages on the site itself. So basically this site has no incoming links from pages over pr4, but about 380 pages internally all linking to each other, most of which are pr5. How can it be pr7? Also, the pages are all obviously cloaked since in a web browser none of them have a single link to any of the others.

Maybe there is an additional high PR link to an internal page (not the main page). In principle, you have to check the backlinks for the pages separately. However, you can search at alltheweb for backlinks - I think they doesn't distinguish between the pages on a site.

Is the main page the only one which has PR7? If not, I would also check the other PR7 pages on that site for backlinks (in Google).
