Hi folks!

Why don't we post pages here with a high pagerank and a "self add url" section?

It leaves the board open to spam. :)

I think the link exchange general idea, regardless of the form it takes, has be discussed many times and the general opinion is no.

>Why don't we

It sounds like a quickfire way to devalue pages, which is the opposite of what I want to do to any pages I have....I'll list yours though :)

I was just thinking that I'd like to list all the pages I have control over that have a decent Pagerank and of course allow anyone to add their URL...

Then I think I'll list all the sites I know of that successfully use cloaking so people can copy the technique...

Seriously Jaxx, staying off the radar is something to strive for.

"List of sites with pr 6 and higher"

that list would be huge!
There are lists of sites with PR 10 around.

No!

My idea was:

Posting a list with pages with a good pr and a
>>>>>>>>SELF ADD URL BUTTON<<<<<<<<

Not a good idea?

I think what was being said was that WebmasterWorld does not allow that type of url dropping.

While self-help add urls look good on the surface, they may not be worth the value. The best links come from those who will actually visit your website if the see your url there.

Link farms are passé, and they're likely to backfire on Webmasters who use them.

Maybe we could have a virtual "click the red button at Googleplex" button to relieve the stresses of an impatient webmaster.
