Remember back in September the last algorithm change? I read pretty much the same topics and was a little surprised that no one else saw the simplest fact.
Fact, do some simple general searches. For example, search for a "State" + "Doctors"... This is a good one because many of the searches I'm seeing displayed have absolutely no relevancy to the search criteria. Secondly, almost all of the top placed pages have almost no meta tag information, other than some with title, keyword, and description tags, and maybe the occassional robot index and follow tags.
Sites that play heavy on the unique meta tags are punished the most.
