not showing backlinks anymore?

since the update...

my PR dropped from 4 to 3 and now not showing ANY bank links in Google anymore. Was showing over 20 last month and I know for a fact I have over 100 site in Googles databse that link to me... (not my sites, other people in my industry that I trade links with)

so what happened?

Google only shows backlinks if your page and the page that's linking have PR >= 4
