Half site indexed, indexing a whole site

Hi everybody, I have one little question for you experts.

My site is up for one week and Googlebot/2.1 (+http://www.googlebot.com/bot.html) has spider it. Not only that but he indexed the page allready. The problem is that half of the site isn't indexed? I have let's say 60 pages but Google indexed cca. 25? All links are working and they are 2 levels deep (only iframe sites are 3 levels deep on my page and I'm not counting in pages with iframe). Javascript is also at minimum. Is that normal procedure for Google (probably fresh bot) and will google include other sites in index on next crawl? Anyone experienced something like that or is that normal procedure so I don't have to worry?

Thank you in advance.

were all of those 60 pages up a month ago during the last crawl? If not they will be crawled soon for the next update.

Thank you. Site is up only 7 days - usually I wait a lot longer for google to index my sites but when he spider site and put them to index all pages are there (not just half of them).
