My auto submit software just submitted my site to google. I know this may be bad to do. How can I remove that submission. Should I worry about it or is one time boo boo OK?

You have already done it, so not a lot you can do. Once or twice is not a worry. If you do hundreds you may get problems.

Dont worry about it now. Just leave it be. If you see Googlebot in your logs and you have done the first part of your job. Now you can start the real task: tweaking those pages :) and gettig links and dont forget content.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, Paul

I'll just add two things:

It might be a good idea to check your website carefully for anything that might violate Google's terms of service.

And make lots of outbound links. Relevant links to good websites that you do not control and that do not link back to you. That will create good will by anybody who might want to examine your website.
