pages deleted from index after update

does that mean a penalty?

I had about seven pages in Google.

After the update, I now have just two pages in the index.

I do not think my site would be considered remotely spammy. My site is always up, and it works on even 3.01 browserrs.

Is it normal for pages to dissappear after a Google update, and is it normally temporary?

Now here is something really weird:
One of the pages (my index page) is listed, but the URL is from another domain name that I have parked at GoDaddy and pointed to my site. The parked URL is not promoted in any way, and I do not know of any old links to this URL that I bought after it expired.

By the way, MSN had my site listed under this pointed URL, but MSN corrected itself.
