In google search box type: site:yourdomainname.com yourdomainname.com. You will be rewarded with a list of every page on that site that google has indexed. Sorry if this is nothing new, I have never seen anyone mention it before.

Now the next question: what determines the order of the pages returned?

I have seen this before and use it often. I use it to see how many pages I have indexed as well I use it on the competition to see how many pages they have indexed. Even more useful you do site:www.competitor.com keyword and
see how many pages they have targeted towards a particular keyword or phrase.

It's even more thorough (I get 20k more results) if you use the negatives..

site:mydomain.com -hehkghegiwoheg

Where the blah word is something that never appears on your site.

what determines the order of the pages returned.

It looks to me like the pages with the key word in the title tend to be listed first then keyword density comes into play.

and for allinurl:webmasterworld.com

Results 1 - 29 of about 62,900

But that also includes things with the phrase elsewhere in the URL like:

... URL: [webmasterworld.com...] is not gziped. ... Server, Apache/1.3.26 (Unix)
FrontPage/5.0.2.2510. Location, [webmasterworld.com...] ...
leknor.com/code/gziped.php?url=webmasterworld.com - 12k - Cached - Similar pages
