I'm sure one of my competitors is using unfair tactics to get to #1 but I dont know what i'm looking for in his coding.
Could someone do me a favour and tell me as I would like to report it.

Judge,

What makes you think their using spam?

If you don't know what spam is, how do you know they are using it?

They could just have a very well optimized site.

If you want, sticky mail me their URL and I'll give you my opinion. Since I deal with it a lot in my industry, I've learned what to look for.

At first glance there doesn't appear to be anything wrong. In looking at the code that section causes suspicion is:

---<body leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" scroll="no">
<iframe src="http://www.nameofwebsite.co.uk/Services/347.asp" width="100%" height="100%" frameborder="0"></iframe>
<noscript>
<p> ---

I've seen other post here with the Iframe tag used for more or less cloaking the page from what I understand.

If this is the same thing, this is the type of spam that will require a manual review. The way it is going with Google, that probably won't happen.

As long as the searcher is getting what they search for, it's all right by Google! (At least so it seems!)
