If you have a page that has a logo in the top left with a link to the home page using a root path like /index.html
and also a mini navigation tree at the bottom of the page with a link to the home page using anchor text and not using the root but instead using the [Full...] Path,

Which link will Googlebot recognize?

I want it to see the anchor text and count that one. Should I remove the blind link from the logo?

I'm not sure if it would recognize both or just the one. If you're worried, make the logo link js called from an external file. Additionally, if Gbot only indexes the one link, I would think it would be the one that it finds first in the code, but that's just a guess.
