Hi,

Last month I really messed up one of the sites I administer. I have multiple sites on the same server and dropped the index file into the wrong folder. I didn't notice my mistake until after Google deep crawled the site (I missed it by 2 days). On www3 I see that Google has removed the index for this site and it effectively the othr site (though fortunately the internal pages are fine).
I wonder how long will it take before Google picks up that fact I have corrected my mistake?
How forgiving is Google to idiots like me?

Judging from the ebb and flow of posts I've read around here regarding 'between-update' adjustments, that consensus seems to favor you're having to wait until the next Dance.

That's what I figured. My main concern was the effect it would have on the site's pr.
